Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering licensed, in good standing with the Puerto Rico State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors and active member of the CIAPR. Experience in Engineering and/or Inspection services. Leadership, time management and accountability. Availability to start working immediately on site.
Job Description
Inspect construction methods and materials for contract compliance. Review plan and supporting data for engineering project submitted by consulting, engineers and/or private developers. Administer construction contracts including evaluating work/change orders, contract compliance and reviewing final certification, operations manual and others if necessary. Experience with the Puerto Rico Public Housing Administration is preferred but not required.
Project Engineer is in charge of inspection and project management work, under the supervision of the Project Director.
